So here is my Sunday, July 20th, 2014 email.

After reviewing my activities here is my plan for the week in order of priority. Let me know if you think I should re-prioritize:
*** Planned Major Activities for the week ***
Create 3-month work plan for Mobile Apps team, including prioritization for:
Wix App Builder (the web interface to be used by Wix customers to build mobile apps)
Complete features required for eCom Mobile Apps (Push, Coupons, Native CC, Performances)
Provide Wix Chat POC as module into eCom and as Standalone
Kickoff Blog Manager project (the Product is complete, and we have a team from EitanR’s Ukraine team arriving tonight to help velocity)
Kickoff Wix Product Academy & Textbook - meet all Wix Product Trendsetters and explain the idea:
Each to give a 2-4 hour presentation, to be videod
Transcribe these presentations, to serve as a basic for a Product @ Wix text book
As we make significant product launches, the relevant PM will do a 2-4 hours session of RGB in the project, and make that an Appendix to the book
*** Open items that I will look into, but won’t get finished this week ***
Prepare 3-months plan for the Blog team
